Have used this site for 10 years and loved it! However, after accumulating over 1,000 points, I still cannot do anything but download a folder with files in it. I don't want to use Photoshop. If I did, I would make my own custom pictures all by myself. This site is no longer user friendly. I will continue going to other sites to make custom pictures. I post this message so that others do not waste their time here. You need to go to other sites. It is possible that the owner of this site died of Covid back in 2020.
